The method includes defining details of a smart contract. The details include at least an escrow amount and conditions for dispersing the escrow amount. The method also includes accepting the details of the smart contract and evaluating fulfillment of the conditions. Based on the result of the evaluating step, the method disperses the escrow amount or enters a dispute resolution step.

Abstract: A search engine method, performed by one or more server devices, for improving relevancy in ranking search results for forums and discussion boards. In one aspect of the invention, the method weights selected posts using one or more parameters for forums and discussion boards, where a post to a forum or a discussion board has certain properties that are typically associated with forums and discussion boards. Unlike, other methods, the disclosed method is largely content driven, and the method drills down to estimate relevancy, and the posts properties are analyzed to as to how much they should contribute to the ranking.

Abstract: A system that automatically analyzes search queries made by visitors on search engines in order to automatically segment search queries and visitors in order to make the advertisements displayed by the search engines more targeted and so more valuable for the advertiser, and allow the search engine to increase the revenue related to advertisement sales and the advertiser to be more profitable.
