The layer or film (12) intended to form the inner surface of at least one side of the bag has seams (13, 23) which are facing not in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bag and each having a plurality of transverse cavities or notches (16) and at least one longitudinal groove to promote the evacuation of air.
