Abstract: A self-propelled member or carriage runs along a stationary surface-conducting cable formed of alternately disposed conducting and insulating turns. The carriage is provided with a rotor extending around the cable and having contacts in a conductive relation with the conducting turns of the cable. At least two pulleys are rotatably mounted to the carriage with the cable interposed between the pulleys. An electric motor is operatively electrically connected to the contacts of the rotors and is drivingly connected to the pulleys. Electric power is transmitted from the cable by the rotor to the motor whereupon the motor drives the pulleys to propel the carriage along the cable.

Abstract: A handbag with a handle which can be converted into a shoulder strap includes a flexible strap a portion of which extends from an upper portion of the body of the handbag and constitutes its handle. The handbag includes a device for adjusting the length of the portion of the strap outside the upper portion of the body of the handbag so that the handle can be converted into a shoulder strap.

Abstract: An overcoat that can be converted into a bag includes a zip-fastener having one set of teeth arranged in correspondence to the shoulders of the overcoat and on the two side parts down to a mid-line of the overcoat itself, and the other set of teeth arranged in correspondence to the lower edge of the overcoat and on the two side parts, from the bottom towards top, to a mid-line of the overcoat, the zipper being so arranged as to realize, when it is closed, the containment of all fore parts of the overcoat. Fasteners are provided crosswise on the overcoat at a mid-line to delimit at least one pocket that may contain various items when the overcoat is transformed into a bag. A handle is arranged at a position close to said fasteners. Projecting parts on the end of the belt engage the belt loops to form a shoulder-belt.

Abstract: A device for teaching music comprising, in combination, a set of pegs or keys subdivided into seven groups corresponding to the seven musical notes, a set of cards obtained by a sheet material, each card containing a musical passage consisting of coded holes corresponding to the notes of the passage, and means for reproducing the sounds corresponding to each of the seven notes when the respective pegs selectively associated with each hole are first introduced into said holes, and then sequentially depressed.
