Abstract: Bottling plant comprising a first transport system which moves containers through different machines, and a storage apparatus, which comprises a storage unit, a second transport system which extracts the containers from the first transport system to feed the storage unit, and a third transport system which picks up the containers in the storage unit to feed the first transport system. The first transport system comprises an upstream conveyor actuated at a first operative speed, and a downstream conveyor actuated at a second operative speed. The plant further comprises a control unit programmed with: a by-pass mode, in which it commands the conveyors with equivalent operative speeds, a storage mode, in which it commands the conveyors with the first operative speed greater than the second operative speed, and a recovery mode, in which it commands the conveyors with the first operative speed lower than the second operative speed.

Abstract: A filling valve group for a filling machine, comprising a supply duct for delivering a liquid into a container, an air return tube, and a shutter provided with a narrowing portion fixed to the supply duct and an enlarged portion fixed to the air return tube. In addition, the filling valve group comprises a centering body, which is placed at the outlet section of the supply duct to abuttingly receive the mouth of the container, and is removably fixed to a lower portion of the filling valve group by a first quick coupling. The filling valve group further comprises a fixed assembly, which forms an upper section of the supply duct, and a removable tube, which forms a lower section of the supply duct, carries fixed thereto the narrowing portion of the shutter and is removably fixed to the fixed assembly by a second quick coupling.

Abstract: Isobaric rotary filling machine for filling containers, has a rotating table supporting a pressurized tank and valve units. Each valve unit has a filling duct for supplying the liquid from the tank to the containers, regulated by a faucet, and an air return pipe associated with a shut-off valve for controlling the pressure balance between the container and the tank. A flushing station, operationally associated with but fixed relative to the rotating table, has a receiving tray connected to a flushing circuit and operable to move between a non-operative position situated outside the travel path of the valve units, and an operative position situated underneath the travel path. The faucets and the shut-off valves open each filling duct and each pipe when the receiving tray is in the operative position and the flushing circuit is connected to the supply line of the tank.

Abstract: Isobaric rotary filling machine for filling containers, having a rotating table (2) which supports a tank (6) under pressure, and a plurality of valve units (3). Each valve unit (3) has a filling duct (4) for supplying the liquid from the tank (6) to the containers, regulated by a faucet (5), and an air return pipe (8) associated with a shut-off valve (60) for controlling the pressure balance between the container and the tank (6). A flushing station (14) is envisaged, being operationally associated with the rotating table (2), but fixed with respect thereto and having a receiving tray (15) connected to a flushing circuit (C) and able to be operated by movement means (16) so as to move between a non-operative position (A), where it is situated outside the travel path of the valve units (3), and an operative position (B), where it is situated underneath one or more valve units (3) which pass above it.

Abstract: Container transportation line for bottling plants, comprising transportation means provided with a support surface for receiving, resting thereon, the containers and with a motor-driven chain having, connected thereto, a plurality of ribs with a constant interval delimiting a plurality of first seats for the containers movable on the support surface. Adjustment means are provided for varying the position of the ribs with respect to the first chain depending on the dimensions of the containers, as well as means for performing transfer from the transportation means to at least one operating machine formed by a rotating starwheel associated with the operating machine and provided with a plurality of second seats formed in the recesses of the starwheel and intended to receive in synchronism the containers from the first seats, resting on flanges associated with the seats.
