Abstract: A corner assembly arrangement for a heat exchanger is provided. The corner assembly has a manifold having a tubular metal vessel and a side plate consisting of a flat metal plate extending orthogonally to the manifold and attached to an end thereof. The side plate has an end tab that extends in a zigzag pattern from a respective end of the side plate and has a support end in contact with a wall of the manifold. The support end has, according to a plan view, a concavity configured to fit the wall of the manifold.

Abstract: A vehicle condenser including an accumulator and a header tank to which the accumulator is connected in parallelism relationship therewith, wherein said accumulator comprises a tubular container with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet which are disposed on the side wall thereof and can be connected to a condensing section (SC) and a sub-cooling section (SSR) of the condenser, respectively. The condenser in use is disposed in a horizontal arrangement in which the fluid inlet comprises an inlet port formed at the side wall of the container of the accumulator, and the fluid outlet comprises an outlet port disposed at or close to the side wall, at the lower part of the container.

Abstract: Unit for conditioning and distributing air in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle with front and rear seats, comprising: a cold air flow collection chamber (26) downstream to the evaporator (14) with reference to the direction of movement of the air flow, an air flow heating unit (18, 20), a hot air flow collection chamber (28), arranged downstream to the heating unit (18, 20), a longitudinal separation wall splitting the front seat unit into two separate areas for the driver and the front seat passenger, respectively, a rear seat air flow mixing chamber (54) communicating with the hot flow collection chamber (28) and a cold flow collection channel (60) extending under said heating unit (18, 20) and communicating with a first end of said cold flow collection chamber (26) and with a second end of the rear seat mixing chamber (54).
