The method includes providing at least one database containing user data, at least one processor in communication with the at least one database, a memory device including readable instructions, and at least one user device in communication with the at least one processor via a network connection; receiving at least one preference related to the user data; storing the at least one preference in the at least one database; and using the at least one preference to selectively control at least one verbal interaction with the at least one user device.
