The batch data characteristics may define characteristics of the stored batch data. The apparatus may also include a transmitter configured to transmit to a rules database the batch data characteristics. The apparatus may further include a receiver configured to receive a routing rule from the rules database. The routing rule may be based at least in part on the batch data characteristics.
