    Abstract: An active pelvic orthosis (APO) has a physical Human-Robot interface (pHRi) adapted to adjust at different attachment points to accommodate a user's anthropometry to provide better torque about the hip flexion-extension joint during ambulation activities. The hip flexion-adjustment system is marked by at least four adjustment mechanisms, providing a means to better align the APO to a user's hip flexion-extension axis and maximize the stability and comfort of the pHRi of the APO.
