Abstract: A method of management human resource development in a working environment comprising a plurality of employees is provided. The method comprises receiving input data from an employee, wherein input data are indicative of an interest of the employee to a career development; generating a personal profile from the input data; screening the personal profile to determine if the employee is suitable for assessment; if the result of screening is positive, assessing the employee to assign a first score associated with a development attitude of the employee and a second score associated with the current role mastering; storing, in the computer, first and second scores as entries in a two-dimensional development matrix covering an area, and determining if the stored entries are positioned within a talent sub-area defined within the development matrix area.
