    Abstract: A locking device particularly for snowboards which comprises a circular plate which is rigidly coupled to a board. The device is constituted by a rotating body which is rotatably associated with the plate and is provided with elements for engaging and temporarily compressing complementarily shaped grip elements associated with the sole of a shoe. There are also provided elements for temporarily locking the rotation of the rotating body.
