The process and the machine allow reduction of cooking time, improving efficiency of cooking level, avoiding excess of water hardness, reducing power consumption, avoiding or reducing scales, simplifying the machine and extending its life, having different types of heating, according to the local availability, and keeping comfortable the surrounding room where the machine has been installed.
