Abstract: Provided is an assembly of horizontal surfaces (1) in a plant for production of corrugated board including at least one gluing station (10) suitable to carry out union between at least two sheets (1a, 1b) of paper material; said gluing station (10) including a preheating block (30) suitable to heat said at least two sheets(1a, 1b); a union block (40) suitable to complete union of said at least two sheets (1a, 1b); and the preheating block (30) including a first actuating system (32) suitable for moving the sheets (1a, 1b) and including a first actuation belt (32a) suitable to come into contact with one of the sheets (1a, 1b) and suitable to be moved in correspondence with the preheating block (30).

Abstract: Provided is a unit for manufacturing corrugated board from sheets of paper material, including: corrugation means configured to heat-corrugate a first sheet of paper material to make a corrugated sheet, heating means configured to heat sheets of paper material to provide the heat needed to optimise at least the processing performed by the corrugation means, first gluing means configured for joining, by hot gluing the corrugated sheet to a second sheet of smooth paper material to make a compound corrugated sheet, second gluing means configured for joining, by hot gluing, the compound corrugated sheet to a final sheet to make corrugated board, the first gluing means and the second gluing means are positioned next to the corrugation means, so that the first heating means are able to supply at least a predominant part of the heat needed by the first gluing means and the second gluing means.

Abstract: Provided is a corrugation device for sheets of paper material including two corrugation cylinders having work surfaces configured to substantially engage reciprocally so as to define a deformation zone and impress a deformation force on sheets of paper material and at least one thrust member suitable to define a working configuration in which it exerts on one of the work surfaces an additional pressure able to vary the deformation force and a rest configuration in which it does not exert the additional pressure.

Abstract: Provided is a collector device for sheets including a conveyor configured to move the sheets, defining for them a leading portion and a tail portion, and defining a support surface on which the sheets are substantially arranged by gravity reciprocally overlapping the leading portion with the tail portion; a pressure body, suitable to press on the sheets before they come into contact with the support surface and including at least one substantially rigid contact body and a motor apparatus configured to command the contact body, varying at least the resistance action so as to exert an action substantially exclusively in correspondence with the tail portion of the sheets.
