  • Patent number: 10677470
Abstract: Gas circuit (1) for a kitchen appliance (2) comprising a gas rail (3) with a gas inlet (4) for connecting said gas rail (3) to a gas source (5) and with at least one gas outlet (6), said gas circuit (1) further comprising a gas tube (7) for providing gas from said gas outlet (6) to a gas hob (8), and said gas circuit (1) further comprising a gas valve assembly (9) connecting said gas tube (7) to said gas outlet (6) of said gas rail (3) in a flow conducting manner, said gas valve assembly (9) comprising a gas valve (10) with a valve body (11) and fixation means (12) fixing said valve body (11) to said gas rail (3) such that said gas valve (10) is supported by said gas rail (3), characterized in that said fixation means (12) comprise a first spring member (13a) looping around said gas rail (3) and/or said valve body (11), thereby resiliently bracing said gas valve (10) and said gas rail (3).

  • Patent number: 10533753
Abstract: The invention presents a solution to avoid glue when fixing an elastic foot to a pot support, such as used in ranges and kitchen hobs. The pot support (1000) has a cavity (2200) which is aligned with an elastic foot (1300) which comprises on the other hand a hollow space (3240). By inserting an expansion body (3220, 3450) into the hollow space, a press fit is generated between a support structure (1800) of the pot support and/or elastic material of the foot (1300). Rivets (3450) or bolts (3220) are taught as expansion bodies. The invention also teaches a method to mount an elastic foot to a pot support. The invention provides a solution for avoiding the deteriorating effects of aging glue used in the prior art, which leads to the loss of rubber feet on current pot supports.

  • Publication number: 20180347824
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pan support device (10) for a gas burner assembly (16) of a gas cooking hob. The pan support device (10) comprises a support part (12) and a frame part (14). The support part (12) forms an upper part of the pan support device (10), while the frame part (14) forms a lower part of said pan support device (10). The support part (12) is provided for supporting a bottom of a cooking utensil. The frame part (14) is provided for being arranged around the gas burner assembly (16). The support part (12) and the frame part (14) form a single-piece part. The frame part (14) is made of a light metal alloy. The support part (12) is made of a cast metal alloy or a metal matrix composite system. Further, the present invention relates to a gas burner assembly (16) with a pan support device (10). Moreover, the present invention relates to a gas cooking hob.

  • Patent number: 10077901
Abstract: The underlying invention in particular is directed to a gas cooktop (1) comprising a cooking area with at least one concentric gas burner (2, 3), wherein at least one of the gas burners (3) of the cooking area is mounted at an off-center position to a platform (4, 7, 16) rotatably attached to the gas cooktop (1) within the cooking area, wherein the platform (4) is mechanically coupled to a drive arrangement in which an actuator is mechanically coupled via a transmission with the platform (4) so as to enable remote actuation of rotation of the rotatable platform (4) via the drive arrangement.
