Abstract: A device for spraying liquid onto a crop with the assistance of directed air streams. Air is impelled into a central air chamber, through left and right hollow swivelling joints along extended air booms to pass out through outlet funnels. Associated with each outlet funnel is a spray nozzle which directs spray liquid into the outgoing air stream. The extended booms can be pivoted to a trailing position behind the device. The flattened outlet funnels together with the positioning of the nozzles provided an enhanced, directed atomized spray.

Abstract: Plough apparatus comprising a wheeled support structure (10) that supports a plough beam (20) that is pivotable in a horizontal plane about the center of the support structure between first and second plough beam positions. The plough beam (20) carries a plurality of plough discs (50) or reversible mould boards (100) that are rotatable about a vertical axis between first and second ploughing positions corresponding respectively with the plough beam positions so that the plough apparatus can produce right or left hand furrows as desired.
