Abstract: The device (1) comprises: a body (2) in which is formed a receptacle (3) having a mouth (4) and intended to receive a quantity of washing agent, a cover (5) connected to the body (2) and movable between a position in which the mouth (4) of the said receptacle (3) is closed and a position in which the mouth is open, and a return spring tending to move the cover (5) towards the open position. The cover (5) has a first portion (5a) hinged to the body (2) about a first axis (7) parallel to the mouth (4) of the receptacle (3) and translatable along guides (6) provided in the body (2), and a second portion (5b) connected to a crank element (8) by hinging about a second axis (9) parallel to the first axis (7). The crank element (8) is, in turn, hinged to the body (2) about a third, fixed axis (10) which is parallel to the first and second axes (7, 9).

Abstract: The device for detecting the level of a liquid in a container, comprises: an optical structure facing at least partly the region inside the container in a position corresponding to a predefined level of the liquid and having a main surface, a first side surface and a second side surface which are inclined at about 45° with respect to the main surface and about 90° relative to each other; and an emitter and a receiver facing the main surface of the optical structure and able to send a radiation beam towards the first side surface and, respectively, receive a radiation beam emitted by the emitter and reflected by the first and second side surfaces, when the level of the liquid inside the container is lower than the predefined level. The optical structure extends mainly outside the container and faces the region inside the container only opposite the first side surface.

Abstract: The sensor apparatus is intended to detect the level of a liquid, gel or powder substance contained in a receptacle and includes an emitter able to emit radiation and a receiver able to receive and convert into an electric signal radiation which is emitted by the emitter and the intensity of which is variable depending on the quantity or level of substance present in the receptacle. The emitter is designed to emit visible radiation and the apparatus also includes a visible optical indicator and an optical element able to couple optically the emitter to the optical indicator so that, when the quantity or level of the substance in the receptacle is lower than a predetermined threshold, a fraction of the radiation generated by the emitter is able to light up the optical indicator.

Abstract: The device (1) can be used in particular for the pivotable door of a dishwasher and comprises, in a structure or body (2) a first dispenser device (5, 6) for a washing agent, and a second dispenser device (4) for rinse agent, an electrically controlled actuator device (20, 21) connected to the first dispenser device (5, 6) in such a way that when the door is closed, a first excitation of the actuator device (20, 21) causes substantially only washing agent to be dispensed, and connected to the second dispenser device (4) by means of a transmission mechanism (22, 23) which includes a pivotable interconnecting element (23). The interconnecting element (23) is able to make the mechanism (22, 23) inoperative when the door of the dishwasher is opened, and to make it operative after a first excitation of the actuator device (20, 21) after the door has been closed. One end (23a) of this interconnecting element (23) is pivoted directly onto a movable control member (18) of the second dispenser device (4).

The device includes a casing which is to be secured to the machine and which is provided with a refillable reservoir for the liquid agent in which is defined a delivery receptacle capable of holding an amount of liquid agent corresponding to a plurality of metered amounts, and an electrically controlled delivery valve device associated with the receptacle and capable of permitting a flow of liquid agent from the delivery receptacle towards the washing chamber of the machine, a level-indicator device associated with the delivery receptacle and capable of signalling the instantaneous level reached by the rinsing agent in the receptacle, and a control unit connected to the indicator and arranged to control the delivery valve device in accordance with predetermined modalities as a function of the signal provided by the level-indicator device.

Abstract: The dispensing device for a washing and/or rinsing agent, in particular for a dishwashing machine, comprises: a stationary body designed to be integrally connected to the door of the dishwashing machine on the side directed during operation towards the washing chamber; a receptacle formed in the stationary body for receiving a quantity of a washing/rinsing agent and having a respective mouth; and a movable lid associated with the receptacle and displaceable in a manner constrained to the stationary body against the action of resilient return means from an open position into a closed position, where it opens and closes the mouth, respectively.

Abstract: The dispenser comprises a body in which there is defined one receptacle which can be loaded with a quantity of detergent. On the side facing the washing chamber, the receptacle has a front wall provided with a plurality of through slots facing the washing chamber. The dispenser is intended to be fixed in the washing chamber in a position such that, in operation, the water jets emerging from a spray rotor can strike the front wall of the body and partially penetrate the receptacle through the slots in order to wash out the detergent contained therein. The slots extend through the thickness of the front wall of the body in a direction corresponding to the local direction of incidence of the water jets emitted by the rotor.

Abstract: The device comprises a shaped body to be fixed to the door of a dishwasher. The body comprises two half-shells of moulded plastics material, that is, a front half-shell and a rear half-shell, respectively, which are shaped in a manner such as to define between them at least one region or chamber suitable for housing a quantity of a liquid washing or rinsing agent. The front half-shell is opaque and has, in a wall of the chamber, a level-indicating aperture or window which is closed by an at least partially transparent element and which, in use, when the door of the machine is open, provides a visual indication of the quantity of agent contained in the chamber. The at least partially transparent element is formed by a wall moulding formed integrally with the rear half-shell and welded in a liquid-tight manner to the wall of the front half-shell in the vicinity of the said opening or window.

Abstract: The modulator comprises an integrated optical switch (6) receiving at an input a linearly-polarized optical carrier and transferring same to a first or a second output (P3, P4), according to the logic values of the bits of a modulating binary data signal. The radiations outgoing from the switch are sent to a polarizing beam splitter (13) with their original polarization or with a polarization rotated by 90.degree. depending on the switch output (P3, P4) from which they come. A signal with the original polarization or with the polarization rotated by 90.degree. is present at the splitter output, depending on the logic values of the bits of the modulating signal.
