Abstract: A transport system includes a guide rail having a loop-wound pathway with straight portions and curved portions linking the straight portions. A carriage is movable along the guide rail, a first and a second shaft being mounted on the carriage transversely to the carriage movement direction. A first pair of rollers are mounted rotatably on the first shaft so that a first roller contacts the internal wall of the guide rail and a second roller contacts the external wall of the guide rail. A second pair of rollers mounted rotatably on the second shaft include a first roller in contact with the internal wall of the guide rail and a second roller in contact with the external wall. The first and the second shaft are mounted on the carriage for pivoting about an axis perpendicular to the carriage.

Abstract: A transport system has a mobile carriage for transport of products along a guide path that has a first guide profile and a second guide profile. A first pair of rollers is mounted rotatably on a first rotation shaft borne by the carriage, so as to engage the first guide profile. A second pair of rollers rotatably mounted on the second rotation shaft engages the second guide profile. For each roller of the first pair of rollers and for each roller of the second pair of rollers, a reinforcing element is provided which is friction-coupled to at least a part of the main portions of external lateral walls of the rollers.

Abstract: A transport system for cylindrical products to be labelled includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor. The first conveyor has pairs of support members for supporting the cylindrical products, which are predisposed parallel to one another and mutually distanced so as to identify a free space between them. The second conveyor is a looped conveyor having an upper branch and arranged with the free space present between the pairs of support members and comprises pairs of idle rollers which, when moving along the upper branch, are interposed with each support member pair. The upper branch has an ascending portion so that the rollers can abut the products transported by the support member pairs and raise the products from the housings so that the products are supported only by idle rollers when they transit at an abutting means of a label applicator.

The guide path (1) comprises a first guide profile (11) and a second guide profile (12). A single pair of rollers (31, 32) are mounted rotatably in an independent way to one another on a first rotation shaft (51) borne by the mobile carriage (2) so as to be in contact with the first guide profile (11). A first pair of rollers (41, 42) and a second pair of rollers (43, 44) are mounted rotatably in an independent way to one another on a second rotation shaft (52) and on a third rotation shaft (53) borne by the mobile carriage (2) so as to be in contact with the second guide profile (12).

Abstract: A transfer device raises batteries of flat boxes inside a carton so that one battery at a time is in a waiting position beyond an open upper face of the carton at an inlet line of a boxing machine. A frame is predisposed to translate above the positioning station and the inlet line between a first position above the waiting position and a second position above the inlet line. Grippers on the frame both grip and retain a box battery at two ends thereof and release the battery. The grippers are activated, with the frame in the first position, to grip and retain the battery of boxes at its two ends and, with the frame in the second position, to release the battery into the inlet line.

Abstract: A cable-driven robot has a base, a platform movable with respect to the base, a plurality of motors mounted on the base, and a plurality of movement cables of the platform each fixed at a first end at a respective fixing point to the platform and at a second end thereof to a respective motor. The robot further includes a shaft rotatably mounted on the platform, a supplementary movement cable, and a supplementary activating motor mounted at a respective position on the base. The supplementary movement cable is fixed, at a first end, to the supplementary activating motor and is wound with a portion of its length on the shaft.

Abstract: Apparatus for winding, folding and stretching a film about a cosmetics container, includes a winding station, in which a film is wound about longitudinal walls of the container so as to form a tubular winding of the film, a sliding plane wound in the tubular winding of film, and a pushing device of a series of spaced paddles for pushing the enveloped container into the tubular winding of film along the sliding plane. A pair of wings are mounted and predisposed rotatably on a corresponding end of a paddle. The wings are rotated with respect to the paddle, so that the wings can first abut a backward portion of the ends of the tubular winding of film and, continuing in rotation with respect to the paddle, can fold and extend the backward portion against the heads of the container during the translation of the paddle above the sliding plane.

Abstract: Device for stabilising articles has a bar abuttable by the articles during raising upwards thereof in grouping operations. A support element of the abutting bar is predisposed so as to be coupled to vertical sliding guides so as to be freely slidable along the guides and enable displacement upwards of the abutting bar pushed by the articles when raised upwards during the grouping operations. The stabilising device further comprises a contact element, predisposed on the support element so as to be translatable with respect to the support element, and an activator of the contact element, activatable for moving the contact element from a non-operative position, at which the contact element is distant from the vertical sliding guides, to an operative position, at which the contact element is in contact with at least one of the vertical sliding guides.

Abstract: Cardboard container configured to assume, starting from a flattened configuration, an opened-out configuration having a bottom, a first wall and a second wall opposite one another and folded and arranged at an angle to the bottom, an upper face opposite the bottom between the first wall and the second wall, disposed at an angle with respect to the first wall and the second wan. The upper face has an opening defining a housing for inserting and positioning an article. The container further includes a slot in the first wall or the second wall, a wing joined foldably to the bottom and disposable at an angle to the bottom between the first wall and the second wall and the upper face, in the opened-out container configuration. The wing includes a tab insertable in the slot, to stabilise the opened-out configuration.

Abstract: An apparatus for transferring pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to containers advancing along a conveyor line comprises a first series of tubular elements and at least one second series of tubular elements able to receive the pharmaceutical articles internally thereof. The apparatus comprises a first looped movement organ for moving the first tubular elements and at least one independently activatable second looped movement organ for moving the second tubular elements both, a stepped fashion and continuously, and each defining a looped movement pathway for the tubular elements comprising a first straight path portion below the counting machine so that the tubular elements can be halted for receiving therefrom the counted articles, and a second straight path portion above the conveyor line, so that the tubular elements can be moved at the same velocity above the containers and release the articles therein.

Abstract: Transport system comprises a guide rail having straight and curved portions, a carriage movable along the rail, first and second roller groups on the carriage, and an auxiliary guide at each curved rail portion, corresponding to the curved portion and having an external wall. The first roller group includes an internal roller on the carriage in permanent contact with an internal guide-rail wall along both straight and curved portions and two external rollers contacting the external guide-rail wall only along the straight portions. The second roller group includes two rollers on the carriage, spaced from the guide rail, and in contact with the external wall of the auxiliary guide when the carriage moves along the curved portions. The internal guide-rail wall has, at each curve, an arched surface facing towards the internal roller of the first roller group.

Abstract: A detection system (S) for detecting and determining an integrity of pharmaceutical/parapharmaceutical articles includes a conveyor device (1), for conveying and advancing articles having an advancement section (10) along which the articles are advanced on a flat plane, in a line one after another in an advancement direction (A). The system (S) has a processor (E) for data processing; at least one color matrix video camera (2) for acquiring images of the articles advancing along the advancement section, a laser projector (P) able to emit and project a laser beam (L) so that the laser beam (L) crosses the advancement section (10) and a high-speed linear three-dimensional video camera (3) for acquiring the images of the cut profiles of the articles crossing the laser beam.

Abstract: Apparatus includes a conveyor and pusher elements, mounted on carriages predisposed slidably on support rods fixed transversely to belts of the conveyor to displace the articles transversely to an advancement direction thereof. Idler rollers are below the carriages. A container-opening device includes an abutment and a gripper positionable by the transfer device in a position along a container transfer pathway between the first position and the second position, so that the abutment is abutted by the container being opened and the gripper retains the opened-out container. A collecting device collects the container opened out by the container-opening device and transfers the opened-out container by rotating it with the axis thereof vertical to a crate of a packing line, while maintaining the container in the opened-out configuration.
