Abstract: Provided are a dielectric material, a device including the dielectric material, and a method of preparing the dielectric material, in which the dielectric material may include: a layered perovskite compound, wherein the layered perovskite compound may include at least one selected from a Dion-Jacobson phase, an Aurivillius phase, and a Ruddlesden-Popper phase, a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of a capacitance at 200° C. with respect to a capacitance at 40° C. may be in a range of about ?15 percent (%) to about 15%, and a permittivity of the dielectric material may be 200 or greater in a range of about 1 kilohertz (kHz) to about 1 megahertz (MHz).

Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a standard cell including a first active region extending in a first direction and having a first width, and a filler cell including a second active region of a same type as that of the first active region and being adjacent to the standard cell in the first direction, the second active region extending in the first direction and having a second width which is greater than the first width, wherein the standard cell further includes a first tapering portion of the same type as that of the first active region, the first tapering portion being arranged between the first active region and the second active region.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods of generating proteoglycans with distinct glycan structures in engineered, non-naturally occurring eukaryotic cells. These methods make accessible a dynamic range of protein glycosylation. Compositions of engineered, non-naturally occurring cells capable of generating these proteoglycans are also disclosed herein.
