    Abstract: It is disclosed an electronic device for monitoring the state of health of a plant. The electronic device comprises a camera, a first near infrared optical filter, a second red optical filter and a processing unit. The first filter is configured to receive and filter a first image representative of the at least one plant and to generate therefrom a first filtered image. The second filter is configured to receive and filter a second image representative of said at least one plant and to generate therefrom a second filtered image. The camera is configured to acquire the first and second filtered images of the at least one plant, generating a first and a second acquired digital image, respectively. The processing unit is configured to calculate information representative of the state of health of the plant as a function of the first and second acquired digital images.
