    Abstract: An assembly of punched and formed material that has an ergonomically designed hood which covers a torsion spring that connects the hood to the formed and punched hook and a sliding base. The base and hood thereof is inserted and secured to the hook which allows the base to slide as the hood assembly is being pinched which opens the hook and allows the tool to be placed onto the threads of bolts, screws, or small pipe.
