Abstract: A brake adjuster with a housing configured to be coupled to a brake actuator push rod, and a control unit rotatably coupled to the housing. The control unit is configured to be coupled to a reference point of a vehicle and to cause adjustment of the brake as the brake actuator push rod retracts. One of the housing and the control unit has a first indicator and a second indicator, and the other of the housing and the control unit has a third indicator. The third indicator is adjacent the first indicator when the brake actuator push rod is retracted in a brake disengaged position, and the third indicator is adjacent the second indicator when the brake actuator push rod is extended to a brake over-stroke position. The indicators may be any combination of notches, protrusions, marks, or pointers.

Abstract: An overhead door torsion spring adjuster having a housing, first and second gears positioned within the housing, and a first shaft coupled with the first gear. The second gear has a base positioned within the housing, a collar that is integral with the base, and an opening that extends through the base and collar. The base engages the first gear. The collar is operable to be coupled with a second shaft that is received by the opening. Preferably, the spring adjuster includes a locking mechanism that is operable to prevent rotation of the first shaft.

Abstract: The disclosure shows and describes a resistance training apparatus that enables one to use a single machine to exercise antagonistic muscle groups by enabling one to select a first level of resistance in a first direction and select a second level of resistance in a second direction. The apparatus will include a frame assembly, and shaft rotatably mounted to the frame assembly. The apparatus has first and second disks, first and second calipers respectively engaging the disks, and first and second adjustment means that respectively provide varying resistance when one imparts rotating torque is imparted to a first direction or second direction, respectively.
