    Abstract: An overhead electrical cord holder allows the user to safely operate a household appliance without tripping with the power cord. The power cord holder includes a hollow outer tube and an inner tube slide able inside the hollow outer tube. The inner tube includes an end protruding from the bottom end of the hollow outer tube. A rotatable mounting block is attached to the protruding end of the inner tube. The hooks are secured to the rotatable mounting block. The rotatable mounting block is rotatable with the inner tube.
