  • Patent number: 11925260
Abstract: A control housing assembly is disclosed. The housing assembly includes a housing and an escutcheon that manually connects to the housing by the engagement of escutcheon latches with housing catch channels. When the escutcheon is connected to the housing, the housing covers the escutcheon latches so as to obstruct the latches from being manually accessed to disengage the latches from the catch channels. The housing includes tool access slots through which a tool can be inserted to disengage a latch from a catch channel.

  • Patent number: 8555572
Abstract: A storm window assembly having an internal counterbalance, multiple panes, and multiple sashes is described. The storm window assembly is relatively thin, and is thus adapted to fit in a vintage wood window while preserving a traditional look from a building exterior. Embodiments of the storm window assembly typically include two insulated sashes, each insulated sash having two glass panes that bound a gas tight compartment. The storm window assembly further includes a counterbalance concealed within.

  • Publication number: 20020065689
Abstract: Meeting or conference facilities are evaluated based on an all-inclusive meeting cost. The all-inclusive meeting cost is used to rank the facilities based on the lowest all-inclusive meeting cost or on highest quality below a maximum cost. Meeting planners can then compare total meeting cost at facilities with different characteristics, and find the facilities that offer the most value. An application server is used to calculate all-inclusive meeting cost from a comprehensive database of cost factors. The list of generated meeting facilities and their costs can be generated quickly for a large number of potential meeting facilities.
