Patent number: 12156746Abstract: A sensing device can be used for ambulatory urodynamics. The sensing device can include an elongated outer housing constructed of flexible material that can curve within a patient's bladder. At least a portion of the outer housing can be filled with a non-compressible fluid. A flexible printed circuit board can be disposed within the outer housing to curve with the outer housing. The printed circuit board can include a pressure sensor, comprising a diaphragm, to collect pressure data; a microcontroller running control software; and a wireless transmitter to transmit the pressure data. A battery can be disposed within the outer housing and coupled to the printed circuit board. The flexible material of the outer housing is configured to be displaced by a pressure within the patient's bladder, the displacement is transmitted through the non-compressible fluid to the pressure sensor that provides the pressure data based on the displacement.Type: GrantFiled: May 28, 2019Date of Patent: December 3, 2024Assignees: THE CLEVELAND CLINIC FOUNDATION, THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AS REPRESENTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, PARKER HANNIFIN CORPORATIONInventors: Margot S. Patent number: 9886253Abstract: A framework (referred to herein as Application Integration Architecture, or AIA) that formalizes and orchestrates activities in an SOA development lifecycle. In one set of embodiments, AIA can capture development-related information in a shared data store and cause the information to flow in an automated or semi-automated manner from one lifecycle phase to the next as the lifecycle progresses. This information flow can, in turn, facilitate automations at each lifecycle phase for the responsible stakeholders (e.g., solution architects, developers, installation developers, etc.), thereby enforcing SOA best practices, enhancing development productivity, and ensuring the quality of the final SOA deliverables.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2010Date of Patent: February 6, 2018Assignee: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Annaji Garimella, Ravindran Sankaran, Nan Xie, Thirupathi Reddy Annadi, Mark James Glenn Craig, Arvind Srinivasamoorthy, Purushotham Kola

Publication number: 20050252184Abstract: A reel for performing a working operation such as lawn moving, lawn renovating such as dethatching, or ground levelling. The reel comprises a central support such as a rigid cylinder, defining an axis of rotation of the reel. A plurality of bristles project outwardly of the central support. The outer ends of the bristles cooperate to define a generally cylindrical surface coaxial with the axis of rotation. The bristles are grouped in tufts which in turn are arranged in a spiral formation.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 3, 2005Publication date: November 17, 2005Inventor: Glenn Craig

Patent number: 6423955Abstract: A method and apparatus for dielectric drying is disclosed wherein a load to be heated positioned on a carrier the bottom of which provides a secondary electrode is moved with the carrier a dielectric heating chamber having a primary electrode positioned above load when said load on said carrier is moved into an operative position in the chamber. The carrier and load are elevated into heating position and this movement simultaneously connects the secondary electrode to ground, so that when high frequency power is applied to the primary electrode the circuit is made to dielectrically heat the load.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2001Date of Patent: July 23, 2002Assignee: Heatwave Technologies Inc.Inventors: Glenn Craig Blaker, Terry Albert Enegren, Yiu Kwan (Eugene) Ho, Scott Ronald Spencer

Patent number: 6124584Abstract: A method of determining the moisture content of charge of wood having a moisture content below fiber saturation and being subjected to a Radio Frequency dielectric heating process to the degree required to control the process (e.g., terminate drying) by measuring the wood product package dimensions and monitoring the RF power KW and RF voltage KV being applied to the charge at the electrode(s) and further controlling (i.e., terminating) the process when the KW and KV being applied based on a pre-selected function indicates that the charge has reached a preselected moisture content.Type: GrantFiled: June 18, 1999Date of Patent: September 26, 2000Assignee: HeatWave Drying Systems IncInventors: Glenn Craig Blaker, Terry Albert Enegren, Gary Kenneth Kooznetsoff, Robert Lewis Zwick
