The first attachment device may be a magnet. The first attachment device may be an elastic band. In at least one embodiment, both a magnet and one or more elastic bands may be used for the first attachment device, and/or a first and a second attachment device may be provided. The first member may be triangular shaped. The base may be rotatably attached to the first member or fixed to the first member.
