Abstract: A deep foundation system having an array of concrete blocks that preferably includes multiple rows of blocks and multiple columns of blocks. Each block preferably has an upper surface, a lower surface and a plurality of side portions. Each side portion can extend from the upper surface to the lower surface. The array of blocks can have an outermost edge or a peripheral portion. A plurality of open ended channels can be provided through the blocks, each channel preferably extending from one side portion to a different side portion. At least two of the channels can be spaced apart and in between a first and a second of the side portions. At least two of the channels can be spaced apart and in between a third and a fourth of the side portions. The tensile cable members preferably extend through multiple channels of multiple of the blocks and to the peripheral or outer edge portion. One or more openings can be provided in each block.

Abstract: A support apparatus is provided for hanging an object (e.g., plant, hanging plant, bird feeder or bird house) upon a fence that is constructed of a plurality of vertical fence panels, wherein there is a gap between each pair of fence panels. The device includes a frame having an upper beam with first and second ends and a lower beam having first and second ends, the first end being joined to the first end of the upper beam, and wherein the upper and lower beams form an acute angle. The frame also includes a vertical member that is connected to the second end of the upper beam at an upper position, the vertical member having an opening next to the upper beam. The vertical member is connected to the second end of the lower beam at a lower position that is lower than said upper position. There is a plant holding recess at the free end for cradling a lift cable part of the plant.

A tower is supported upon the top of the building. A plurality of antenna are attached at multiple elevational positions. Each building section has a security area that is separate from the security area of the other building sections. A plurality of antenna portals are provided at least one on each building section. A plurality of antenna cables are provided, each cable extending from an antenna to a security area of a building section via an antenna portal, wherein each security area has at least one antenna cable that extends to it. Each security area has telecommunications equipment that is connected to one of the antenna cables.
