Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for displaying items of goods on shelving systems. A shelf display accessory unit can include a top panel with a top surface configured for displaying an item of goods, and a bottom surface which is opposite the top surface, that includes a module that houses a cable. The shelf display accessory unit further can include a front panel having a display surface that is configured to display a label, and a back panel having a supporting surface that includes means for coupling the shelf display accessory unit to a front portion of a shelf. In embodiments, the shelf display accessory unit can include a cable that has one end anchored to the module and the other end connected to the item of goods. In embodiments, the shelf display accessory unit further can include a flap coupled to the front panel and configured to secure a label to the front panel of the shelf display accessory unit.

Abstract: A tape measuring device with magnetic end hook is provided, the tape measuring device comprises: a housing; an extendable and retractable tape blade having opposing ends, one end of the tape blade is attached to and situated within said housing; an end hook having opposing front and rear portions, the second end of the tape blade is attached to the end hook, the rear portion of the end hook is generally perpendicular to the front portion of the end hook, the front portion of the end hook has a frontal surface and at least one cavity, and the cavity forms a protrusion on a rear surface of the front portion of the end hook, and the front portion of the end hook comprises at least two opposing side arms, the side arms are offset so that the side arms are generally parallel to the protrusion on the rear surface of the front portion of the end hook to thereby allow for accurate measurements; and at least one magnet glued within the cavity of the end hook.

Abstract: Systems and related methods involving isolation tubs are provided. In this regard, a representative system includes: an isolation tub formed of fiberglass reinforced plastic resin, the tub defining a reservoir; concrete positioned within the reservoir; and rails extending across the tub and being supported by the concrete, the rails being spaced from each other to form a special trackwork (STW) assembly.

Abstract: A flashlight with an extendable and retractable cord is provided, and the flashlight comprises: a housing with an internal cavity leading to an aperture, a light bulb, a power source, an extendable and retractable cord scrollably received within a portion of the internal cavity of the housing, one end of the cord is attached to a portion of the internal cavity of the housing and the second end extending through said aperture and being connected to an attachment device.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a folding utility knife comprising: a handle pivotally connected to a blade holding compartment, the handle comprises at least two side walls forming a space, the space of the handle designed to encase at least a portion of a blade holding compartment during a folded position, the blade holding compartment comprising an internal cavity leading to an opening at a front end of the blade holding compartment which allows a portion of a blade to protrude from the blade holding compartment, a rear end of the blade holding compartment is pivotally attached to one end of the handle; and a device that allows the blade to be in a first extended position during use and then be retracted to a second non-use position, the entire blade is situated within the internal cavity of the blade holding compartment during the second position.
