  • Publication number: 20140279358
Abstract: The example embodiments may relate to receiving a new market request that requests creation of a market for trading of a new financial instrument, wherein the request identifies an instrument type, quantity, and price, in response to the request, creating a financial instrument based on the instrument type, the quantity, and the price, creating a pricing model, a limit book, and a fill model for the created financial instrument, initializing and binding the created financial instrument, the limit book, the pricing model, and the fill model, and activating the limit book for price discovery and trading of the created financial instrument.

  • Patent number: 8614842
Abstract: A holographic replicator configured to mass-manufacture volumetric transmission holograms and including an imaging tank having a holographic master plate opposing a pneumatic absorber. When a segment of a recording film, moveable with respect to the master plate, is placed between the master plate and the pneumatic absorber, the pneumatic absorber is repositioned in space to locks the segment of the recording film between the master plate and the pneumatic absorber.

  • Patent number: 6274860
Abstract: A holographic planar concentrator (HPC) for collecting and concentrating optical radiation is provided. The holographic planar concentrator comprises a planar highly transparent plate and at least one multiplexed holographic optical film mounted on a surface thereof. The multiplexed holographic optical film has recorded therein a plurality of diffractive structures having one or more regions which are angularly and spectrally multiplexed. Two or more of the regions may be configured to provide spatial multiplexing. The HPC is fabricated by: (a) recording the plurality of diffractive structures in the multiplexed holographic optical film employing angular, spectral, and, optionally, spatial multiplexing techniques; and (b) mounting the multiplexed holographic optical film on one surface of the highly transparent plate. The recording of the plurality of diffractive structures is tailored to the intended orientation of the holographic planar concentrator to solar energy.
