  • Publication number: 20180352755
Abstract: This invention provides a cost-effective means for both indoor and greenhouse farmers to use a Modular Light Emitting Diode (LED) Grow Light System to optimize light distribution and integrate natural light. The Modular LED Grow Light System consists primarily of multiple narrow “Linear Modules” connected to two “End Housings” with structure from “Support Braces” that together form each “Grow Rack” within the system. The Linear Modules are longer than their diameter, and the spacing between the Linear Modules is greater than their diameter. This creates spaces between each Linear Module with three primary advantages: more even light distribution, more integration of natural light, and more air flow for natural ventilation.

  • Publication number: 20140286005
Abstract: A lighting fixture comprising an optimized linear module lighting device and a plurality of parabolic fins. The optimized linear module lighting device comprises a substrate comprising at least first, second, and third portions. The optimized linear module lighting device further comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements. A first set of the light-emitting elements are disposed on the first portion of the substrate; a second set of the light-emitting elements are disposed on the second portion of the substrate; and a third set of the light-emitting elements are disposed on the third portion of the substrate. The second set of light-emitting elements is disposed above at least one of the parabolic fins and is less dense than the first and third sets of light-emitting elements.

  • Patent number: 8229416
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for stress testing mobile network equipment using CPRI are disclosed. According to one method, a plurality of messages is generated for simulating a plurality of user equipment (UE) devices. The plurality of messages is transmitted over a common public radio interface (CPRI) link to a radio equipment controller (REC) in order to stress test the REC component.

  • Patent number: 7758437
Abstract: A method and apparatus for a golf swing training that assists a trainee or golfer in improving their golf swing. The apparatus includes a device supported between the forearms of the trainee or golfer during the golf swing. The dimensions of the device are selected so the device can be supported in relationship to the arms of trainee in the same configuration as the relationship of the arms during a natural and proper golf swing. By supporting the golf training apparatus between the forearms, the golf training apparatus induces the trainee or golfer to maintain the forearms, and importantly, the wrists, in a “quiet state” that produces a more effective golf swing.

  • Publication number: 20100148673
Abstract: An LED replacement light for a fluorescent lighting fixture. The replacement light assembly includes a metal housing for heat dissipation and structural support. A standard plug for mating with the original lighting fixture connector is provided to allow direct replacement of an existing fluorescent light bulb. A control circuit having a power supply, a current controller, and a current sensor converts the fluorescent lamp power supply output to an output sufficient to drive the LEDs. The current controller generates a variable pulse width waveform for powering the LEDs, and a current sensor circuit regulates the flow of current through the LEDs. High-brightness LEDs are utilized and are spaced sufficiently apart to provide fewer point-sources of light while retaining overall equivalent luminance. A glare shield controls the light pattern emanating from the LEDs to direct the pattern illumination.
