Abstract: An edger/trimmer of two-piece construction having a foam painting pad secured to a large outer face of an L-shaped frame from the back of which extends a handle plate. The short section of the L-shaped frame serves as the guide, which contacts the abutting surface and provides smooth, straight movement of the pad along the surface to be painted. The pad and guide are uniquely designed and configured so that nearly all facets of edging and trimming can be easily, quickly and accurately accomplished.
