    Abstract: An infrared convection paint baking oven comprising a tunnel having an entrance and exit, the tunnel having top and side walls equipped with air ducts that communicate with a at least one air pressure blower to form an air plenum in the interior of said tunnel. The oven is equipped with at least one exhaust to re-circulate heated air and vent moisture and volatiles from said tunnel. The exhaust communicates said pressure blower with air make up and an RTO. The re-circulated air flow is divertible from the exhaust to the furnace to control temperature and VOC emissions. Infrared light assemblies are arranged in said tunnel interior on the top and side walls such that air from said plenum is circulated around said light assemblies to form a convection air current. The light assemblies are in close proximity to each other at the entrance and along a distance of said tunnel to form a warm up zone.

    Abstract: A method of forming a polyurethane skin for an interior part of a vehicle having an in-mold coating. The in-mold coating composition is applied with an air assisted spray nozzle having an atomizing air stream that is heated to a temperature above ambient temperature. The heated air stream heats the in-mold coating composition as it is atomized and sprayed toward a forming surface by the spray nozzle. The layer of polyurethane is then applied over the in-mold coating layer to form a polyurethane skin. A heater heats compressed air before the compressed air is provided to the spray gun.

    Abstract: A switching device is interposed between a conventional oximeter and a plurality of conventional photosensors. The photosensors are located on different extremities of the body. The switching device may be operated in the manual mode or an automatic mode. In the manual mode each different photosensor may be individually selected to provide the input signal to the oximeter. In the automatic mode, the switching device scans the incoming signals from the different photosensors and forwards the best, strongest or least distorted signal to the oximeter. The device prevents the loss of oximetery information due to interrupted blood flow in a particular part of the body or the failure of a sensor.
