Abstract: A combinaion utility attachment and support stand for conventional riding lawn mowers which includes a vertically oriented frame that is attached to the rear end of the lawn mower so as to extend perpendicularly to the length thereof and which supports an upper load carrying receptable having a pivotable rear wall which is generally vertically aligned in parallel relationship with the frame when in a closed position and a lower load support shelf wherein the load support shelf is pivotable into substantially flush engagement with the frame thereby creating an elongated platform with the rear wall of the load carrying receptable upon which the lawn mower may be supported on its end.
