    Abstract: An LED module substrate includes a substrate main body, an LED mounted on one plane of the substrate main body, and a contact mounted at an edge of the one plane of the substrate main body and electrically connected to the LED. A cover section covers the LED module substrate in which the contact and the thermal radiation sheet are exposed. A lamp is attached to a socket. The socket includes a terminal electrically connected to the contact by the attachment of the lamp. A luminaire main body includes a thermal radiator including a contact surface and a recess. The lamp attached to the socket is brought into contact with and thermally connected to the contact surface. The recess is provided in a position opposed to the terminal of the socket.

    Abstract: A power supply circuit includes a power converting unit, a current adjusting unit, and a control unit. The power converting unit is configured to convert an alternating-current voltage into a direct-current voltage and supply the direct-current voltage to a load. The alternating-current voltage is subjected to conduction angle control and is supplied via a power supply path. The current adjusting unit includes a branch path electrically connected to the power supply path and can switch a first path state and a second path state. The first path state feeds a part of an electric current flowing through the power supply path to the branch path. The control unit detects a conduction angle of the alternating-current voltage, controls the conversion of the direct-current voltage by the power converting unit according to the detected conduction angle, and controls the current adjusting unit according to the detected conduction angle.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a laminated core, a laminated core body 14 including magnet insertion holes 12 and 13 with magnet pieces 15 inserted therein is placed between a molding (upper) die 10 and a retaining (lower) die 11, and a molding resin 19 is filled from resin reservoir portions (pots) 16 to fix the pieces 15 in the holes 12 and 13. Between the die 10 and the body 14, a guide member 18 is placed, which includes resin passages 31 provided from the portions 16 to the holes 12 and 13 and gates 30 connecting to the holes 12 and 13 on downstream sides of the passages 31. The method can reduce lead time of a production line without replacing the molding dies for different laminated rotor cores and thus without preparing different types of molding dies.
