  • Publication number: 20070031699
Abstract: Using a charge transporting organic compound made of a polymer whose polymer main chain has a fluorene derivative, which is substituted with an amino group having an aromatic ring or heterocyclic ring, connected thereto at the 9 position thereof, e.g. a compound represented by the following formula (1), in a charge transporting thin film, the resulting organic EL element ensures low voltage drive, a high luminance, a very long life and no imperfections.

  • Publication number: 20060271664
Abstract: A wireless IP telephone system including a dynamic address lease server for leasing an IP address to each of terminals and a controller. The controller has information about the IP address, a SIP URI of the terminal, a type thereof, and a function thereof. The information of the controller is dynamically set by a system administrator who manually sets the information or by the dynamic address lease server and the controller which are cooperated. The controller decides an effective period of the address to be leased to each terminal, informs the dynamic address lease server of the fact, and requires the address lease server to release the address which became unnecessary.

  • Publication number: 20060225611
Abstract: A charge-transporting varnish is disclosed which comprises a charge-transporting material composed of an oligoaniline compound represented by the formula (1) below and at least one kind of solvent. In this charge-transporting varnish, the charge-transporting material is dissolved or homogeneously dispersed in the solvent. By using this varnish, a charge-transporting thin film having excellent conductive characteristics can be formed through a short-time firing. In particular, when the varnish is applied to an OLED element or a PLED element, the resulting element can achieve excellent element characteristics such as low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency and long life.

  • Patent number: 7090900
Abstract: A liquid crystal alignment treating agent containing a polyamic acid which is represented by the following formula (I) and exhibits a reduced viscosity of from 0.05 to 5.0 dl/g (in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at 30° C. at a concentration of 0.5 g/dl) or a polyimide obtained by cyclodehydration thereof: wherein R1 represents a tetravalent organic group, at least 20 mol % of which has a fused alicyclic structure composed of two to five rings, and all of the carbonyl groups are directly bonded to the alicyclic structure and that any two carbonyl groups are not bonded to adjacent carbon atoms of the alicyclic structure; R2 is a bivalent organic group, from 20 to 100 mol % of which has in the side-chain structure at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of C5-20 long-chain alkyl, C5-20 fluoroalkyl, alicyclic structures and aromatic ring structures; and L is a positive integer.

  • Publication number: 20060115652
Abstract: A varnish containing a charge-transporting organic material and a solvent is used as a charge-transporting varnish. The charge-transporting organic material is composed of a charge-transporting substance comprising a charge-transporting monomer, or charge-transporting oligomer or polymer having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 500,000, or is composed of such a charge-transporting substance and an electron- or hole-accepting dopant substance. The solvent contains at least one type of high-viscosity solvent having a viscosity of 10 to 200 mPa·s at 20° C. The charge-transporting substance or the charge-transporting organic material is dissolved or uniformly dispersed in the solvent. The varnish has a high uniform film forming capability even in a system using a charge-transporting substance of low molecular weight and a charge-accepting dopant substance.

  • Publication number: 20060056369
Abstract: Mobile terminals have the problem of large packet loss during movement because the mobile terminal has no opportunity to detect movement and generate a new care-of address until a new router advertisement is received, and also cannot register the position in the home agent. The present invention is characterized in including a means to automatically collect network information on access router devices in the vicinity of a particular access router device, and a means to send information in the router advertisement including information on at least one or more adjacent access router devices. The mobile terminal selects an access router device to become the next movement destination, and the most essential characteristic is a means to register the position information beforehand in the home agent.
