Abstract: An electric blower comprising: an electric motor; and a fan rotated by the electric motor, wherein the electric motor includes a stator, a rotor connected to the fan, and a frame accommodating the stator and the rotor, the stator includes a plurality of stator cores respectively having a core tooth portion facing the rotor, a coil portion attached to the stator core to form a magnetic pole at the core tooth portion, and a spacer inserted between the stator cores to press the stator cores against the frame, and the frame includes a regulation portion regulating position of the stator core pressed by the spacer.

Abstract: An electric blower that can more accurately set the positions of the tip sides of teeth relative to a rotor, while improving the efficiency thereof. A cylindrical-shaped back yoke includes first yoke parts and second yoke parts. The first yoke parts are each positioned between one pair of teeth and between one pair of teeth, so as to face to each other, and respectively form magnetic passages having substantially equal sizes. The second yoke parts are respectively positioned between the one pair of teeth and the other pair of teeth, so as to face to each other, and respectively form magnetic passages having substantially equal sizes. The magnetic passages formed at the first yoke parts are respectively larger than the magnetic passages formed at the second yoke parts.

Abstract: The present invention proposes an electric blower which can strongly hold and fix a sleeve onto a frame, and eventually provide high reliability. An electric blower 1 includes a centrifugal fan 2; a shaft 9 installed integrally rotatably with the centrifugal fan 2; a sleeve 16; a bearing 17 provided in the sleeve 16 and adapted to rotatably support the shaft 9; a diffuser 6 provided with a through hole 21 in which the sleeve 16 is fixed; a recess 41 provided in an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 16; and a stopper 43 filling a gap between the diffuser 6 and the recess 41 and adapted to harden and thereby prevent the sleeve 16 from being detached from the through hole 21.
