  • Patent number: 11973312
Abstract: A semiconductor laser device comprises a stem serving as a base; a laser diode LD submount having surface electrodes arranged thereon and joined to the surface of the stem; an LD chip joined to the surface electrode and connected with the surface electrode; and leads fixed in through holes formed in the stem by means of sealing parts and electrically connected to the surface electrodes via embedded layers in via holes formed in the LD submount, wherein grooves are formed in portions of the sealing parts or in portions of the LD submount around the connections between the leads and the embedded layers, to obtain a good modulated light waveform.

  • Patent number: 7258827
Abstract: A method and apparatus for extruding unvulcanized rubber in a tire production process, in which an unvulcanized rubber extruded member can be formed by extrusion. An extruded rubber member having a cross section in which a portion of a second unvulcanized rubber intrudes between portions of a first unvulcanized rubber is formed by extrusion. The apparatus includes a first passage for the first unvulcanized rubber, a second passage for the second unvulcanized rubber, and a flow dividing mechanism where the first and second passages are adjacent or connected, which separates a portion of the first unvulcanized rubber passing through the first passage such that the first unvulcanized rubber is disposed at both sides of the intruded second unvulcanized rubber. In the method, the first unvulcanized rubber is divided into two flows, and a portion of the second unvulcanized rubber is caused to intrude therebetween.

  • Publication number: 20060157177
Abstract: A crack suppressing rubber, which has elongation-at-break which is superior to elongation-at-break of a cap rubber, is disposed so as to reinforce a vicinity of a groove bottom of a circumferential direction narrow groove provided in the vicinity of a shoulder of a tire tread. Due to this, generation of cracks from the vicinity of the groove bottom, at a time when land portions at an outer side of the circumferential direction narrow groove are greatly deformed due to a large lateral force or due to recesses and projections of a road surface or the like, and growth of generated cracks are suppressed. As a result, breaking of land portions at outermost sides in a widthwise direction of a tire, and separation of the tread can be effectively suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20050216792
Abstract: A debug process which reduces the time delay caused by the backward replacement of a software break point is disclosed. A host computer issues a command to the ICE. When this command requests program execution from a software break point, the, ICE reads the inherent instruction having existed in the object execution start location from the inherent instruction group stored in the host computer. The inherent instruction is sent to the re-execution start instruction setting register. The CPU core reads the instruction from the register. After the end of this read, the instruction bus switching circuit is switched to the memory. The CPU then sequentially reads the instruction from the memory and then executes this instruction.
