  • Patent number: 12377800
Abstract: A wire harness is arranged between a vehicle body and a sliding door in a vehicle, in which: a protector is mounted on a bent region of the wire harness having a shape in which a middle of the wire harness in a longitudinal direction is bent in a crank shape; the protector includes a groove having a shape corresponding to the bent shape of the wire harness and has a larger width than a radial size of the wire harness; a bottom surface of the groove has a hole into which a pin is detachably inserted, the pin constraining the wire harness in a state where the wire harness has looseness so as not to contact an inner angle portion at a bent site of the groove; and one side of the bent region of the wire harness is fixed to the protector using a fastening member.

  • Patent number: 10243336
Abstract: An electric wire insertion member includes an axially elongated cutout, a circumferentially elongated cutout, a turnable fitting, a locking projection, and an elastic locking piece. The axially elongated cutout extends frontward from a rear end of the shield pipe. The circumferentially elongated cutout extends from the axially elongated cutout in a circumferential direction. The turnable fitting is configured to be fitted in the shield pipe and to turn in a circumferential direction. The locking projection protrudes from the turnable fitting and configured to enter the axially elongated cutout as the turnable fitting is fitted into the shield pipe and to enter the circumferentially elongated cutout as the turnable fitting turns. The elastic locking piece is configured to be locked in a circumferential direction by a locked surface of the axially elongated cutout when the locking projection is positioned in the circumferentially elongated cutout.

  • Patent number: 9809179
Abstract: An electrical wire guiding apparatus includes: an electrical wire guiding body that is configured by coupling multiple link members in a single line so as to be capable of undergoing curving deformation, and that receives insertion of electrical wires; a self-adhesive cloth member that has stretchability and is wrapped around the electrical wire guiding body in the circumference direction so as to envelop the electrical wire guiding body; and clips (fixing means) for fixing the self-adhesive cloth member to the electrical wire guiding body. The self-adhesive cloth member is wrapped around the electrical wire guiding body in the circumference direction so as to envelop it. Also, the self-adhesive cloth member is fixed to the link members by the clips, and therefore there is no risk of detachment from the electrical wire guiding body or becoming twisted.
