  • Patent number: 11104728
Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-EMAP II antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a nucleic acid molecule for coding the same, or a preparation method thereof. Also, the present invention provides a method for using the anti-EMAP II antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof in preventing, treating or diagnosing EMAP II-mediated diseases, for example, TNF-?-mediated disease or Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for using the anti-EMAP II antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof in detecting or quantifying an EMAP II antigen. The antibody of the present invention may exhibit a more improved antigen-binding capacity compared to existing anti-EMAP antibodies and may treat the TNF-?-mediated disease more effectively.

  • Publication number: 20210259855
Abstract: The present invention provides a cage holder for a spinal fusion cage which is mounted on the spinal fusion cage, thereby allowing the spinal fusion cage to be stably inserted between vertebral bodies. The cage holder may be engaged with the spinal fusion cage to insert the spinal fusion cage between the vertebral bodies at the lowest height, and may be reliably separated from the spinal fusion cage after the surgery. In addition, when mounting the cage holder on a height adjustable spinal fusion cage, the cage holder may visually indicate an amount of change in the height of the spinal fusion cage.

  • Publication number: 20210259848
Abstract: The present invention provides a spinal fusion cage that can be inserted between vertebral bodies at the lowest height, and the height thereof may be adjusted with being inserted, such that cages having different heights within a certain range may be replaced by one cage. Therefore, the number of product groups that should be produced is reduced and the amount in stock is also decreased on the manufacturer. In addition, unlike the cage having a predetermined height at a constant interval in the prior art, the height of the spinal fusion cage is linearly adjusted according to a spacing between vertebral bodies of a patient, such that the surgery may be performed at the optimal height according to spinal conditions of the patient.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a surgical screw capable of self-locking and a fusion device using the same. The surgical screw includes: a screw body having a body thread formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a body driving groove formed in an upper portion thereof; and a head part rotatably fixed with respect to the screw body so as to be moved in an axial direction of the screw body, wherein, when the head part rotates relative to the screw body, the head part is spaced apart from the screw body with a predetermined distance, thereby causing the threads of the head part and the screw body to become discontinuous, and thus the surgical screw is brought into a locked state. The surgical screw may also be included in a fusion device in a different form by coupling with a plate or a cage.
