With the aid of this model and a suspension of ceramic particles, a ceramic green body is formed, in particular by electrophoretic deposition, and is subsequently sintered. In said method, at least some of the dimensions of the model are selected so that the shrinkage which occurs during sintering of the green body is compensated, in order in this way to achieve the desired fit between dental shaped part and basic structure.
