  • Publication number: 20230324214
Abstract: A method at a sensor apparatus affixed to a transportation asset. The method includes calibrating the sensor apparatus by initiating a vertical impact at the transportation asset, measuring spring oscillation and creating a model of the transportation asset. The method further includes detecting, subsequent to the calibrating, an impact event at the sensor apparatus. The method further includes measuring spring oscillation due to the impact event at the sensor apparatus and using the measured spring oscillation in the model created during calibration to create a load mass estimate for the transportation asset.

  • Publication number: 20220091830
Abstract: A system and method for a hybrid development platform for project development that integrates local and continuous integration (CI)-based building and testing. The system and method can make use of a build cluster, that executes individual commands within build targets; a build cache that stores partial results of previous executions; an artifact and image storage system, that stores and updates artifacts and container images; and a secrets repository that manages local and global project secrets. The system and method function as an automated build platform that enables an execution environment agnostic build platform for development over local development and extended network computing environments.

  • Patent number: 10567587
Abstract: A system and method for local survivability in a distributed contact center environment has a first processor in a first contact center node receiving a first request for interaction. The first processor transmits a first message to a second contact center node in response to the request for interaction. The first message is configured to invoke a first resource associated with the second contact center node for handling the interaction via the first resource. The first processor monitors connection with the second contact center node. The first processor receives a second request for interaction, and further determines lack of connection with the second contact center node. In response to determining lack of connection with the second contact center node, the first processor refrains from transmitting a second message to the second contact center node.

  • Patent number: 10373171
Abstract: A system and method for making engagement offers. A processor monitors a navigation path of a user navigating a website. The processor makes an offer for engagement with the user on a first web page reached by the user upon following the navigation path. The processor monitors a reaction of the user to the offer for engagement, and updates tag data associated with a second web page encountered by the user while traversing the navigation path. The tag data is updated based on the reaction of the user to the offer for engagement.

  • Patent number: 10127321
Abstract: A system and method for proactively making knowledge offers. A processor is configured to gather information on interactions by a user with resources provided by an enterprise having a customer contact center. The processor anticipates need of the user based on the gathered information, and generates a query based on the anticipated need. Prior to the user expressly requesting knowledge relating to a particular topic, the processor proactively identifies and suggests the knowledge to the user based on the generated query. The processor receives feedback relating to the suggested knowledge and outputs based on the feedback, a relevance score for the suggested knowledge.

  • Patent number: 10015184
Abstract: Systems and methods of detecting an attack in a utility grid are described. An anomaly detector identifies a first indication of signal samples used by a controller to adjust a voltage level at a load terminal during a first time interval, and a first indication of voltage levels at the load terminal of the controller. The anomaly detector identifies a regulator emulation model (“REM”) for the controller. The anomaly detector receives a second indication of signal samples used by the controller during a second time interval, and a second indication of a voltage level at the load terminal. The anomaly detector detects a level of conformance with the REM based on a comparison of the second indication of the voltage levels with a voltage level determined by inputting the second indication of the signal samples into the REM. The anomaly detector provides a notification indicating an anomaly with the controller.
