Publication number: 20230395646Abstract: In one embodiment, a semiconductor die includes a polycrystalline semiconductor resistor structure (poly resistor structure). The poly resistor structure includes a resistive path between a first terminal and a second terminal. The poly resistor structure includes a first region having a net first conductivity type dopant concentration located in the resistance path and a second region having a net second conductivity type dopant concentration located in the resistance path. A silicide structure is located on both a first portion of the first region and a first portion of the second region to electrically connect the first portion of the first region and the first portion of the second region. In some embodiments, poly resistor structures with different conductivity type regions can be connected together.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 7, 2022Publication date: December 7, 2023Inventors: Ronghua Zhu, Jan Claes, Xu Cheng, Xin Lin, Jianhua He, Todd Roggenbauer, James Gordon Boyd

Patent number: 11127622Abstract: An apparatus includes a first trench formed in a semiconductor layer. The first trench has a first width and a first depth. A second trench is formed in the semiconductor layer. The second trench has a second width and a second depth. The first width is wider than the second width. A buried dielectric layer is disposed between a bottom semiconductor surface of the semiconductor layer and a substrate. The buried dielectric layer contacts a first bottom surface of the first trench. A liner dielectric is formed on the first bottom surface and a first sidewall of the first trench. A first layer is formed on the liner dielectric. A second layer is formed on the first layer and extends to the substrate through an opening formed on the first bottom surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 2020Date of Patent: September 21, 2021Assignee: NXP USA, INC.Inventors: James Gordon Boyd, Zhihong Zhang, Ronghua Zhu

Publication number: 20070121495Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided wherein a central Credit Controller Entity (CCE) is connected to a PCIE fabric environment by means of several buses. Flow Control information sent to the CCE over two of the buses indicates the buffer storage capacity that is available at respective Receiver components in the PCIE fabric. The CCE processes the Flow Control information, to generate updates that are sent by a third bus to Transmitter components corresponding to the Receivers. In one useful embodiment, directed to a method of Flow Control management, the CCE provides a repository adapted to store credit count information that represents the available storage capacity of respective Receivers. The method further comprises routing further credit count information from a given Receiver to the CCE, for storage in the repository, following each of successive events that affect the storage capacity of the given Receiver.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2005Publication date: May 31, 2007Inventors: Jeffrey Breti, Douglas Sanders, Harish Bharadwaj, Suparna Behera, Gordon Boyd, Richard Bombard, Philip Herman

Patent number: 4867576Abstract: A flexible bag such as a trash bag is disclosed. The bag includes a flexible bag body having an open end with inflatable means located at the open end of the bag for maintaining the open end of the bag in an open position so that matter can be easily deposited into the bag through the bag's open end. In a preferred embodiment, the inflatable means includes a chamber-defining, inflatable rim which extends substantially around the open end of the bag body. An inflating means such as a valve or sealable stem-like member is also provided in communication with the chamber of the inflatable rim for receiving air to inflate the inflatable rim. The inflatable rim, when inflated, significantly enhances the ease with which matter may be deposited into the bag by defining an opening for receiving such matter.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 1988Date of Patent: September 19, 1989Inventor: E.
