Abstract: A device capable of immediately locking and releasing a rope without pressing a switch includes two side plates connected with each other to form a case having an internal space. The case has a communication section for a rope to access the case. The case includes: an abutment section fixedly disposed on inner face of one of the side plates; a rotatable cam pivotally disposed on inner face of one of the side plates corresponding to the abutment section, the rotatable cam having an engagement surface and a first linking section; a first elastic body disposed between the side plate and the cam; a rotatable actuation section pivotally disposed on inner face of one of the side plates corresponding to one end of the cam, one end of the actuation section having a second linking section; and a second elastic body disposed between the side plate and the actuation section.

Abstract: A rope clutch includes a base seat, a pair of fixing arms, a pair of first rocking bars, a pair of second rocking bars, a handle and a press mechanism. Each fixing arm has a fixing section at one end. The fixing sections are oppositely connected to two sides of one end of the base seat. The other end of the fixing arm is formed with a support section. One end of each first rocking bar is correspondingly pivotally connected to two sides of the other lengthwise end of the base seat. One end of each second rocking bar is correspondingly pivotally connected to the other end of the first rocking bar. A middle portion of the handle is pivotally connected to the support sections and positioned between the fixing arms. One end of the handle is pivotally connected to the other end of the second rocking bar. The press mechanism is disposed between the first and second rocking bars. The handle serves to drive the first and second rocking bars to provide a clutch effect between the press mechanism and the base seat.

The selection device is disposed in the internal space of the hub and has a rotatable rod exposed to outer side for selecting whether the rotational direction of the annular pulley is limited or not limited or is limited when the rope is pulled and the annular pulley is loaded.

The manually rotatable block has a radially outward extending bulge section having an outer circumference formed with an arcuate face. The manually rotatable block can be rotated to make the outer circumference of the bulge section abut against the plane face of the rotating post to prevent rotation thereof or to make the outer circumference of the bulge section leave the plane face of the rotating post to allow rotation thereof.

The chamber has a first end formed with an inlet and a first opening, a second end formed with an outlet and a second opening, and a main passage communicating the inlet with the outlet. The resilient partitioning assembly is disposed in the chamber to partition the chamber into a first receiving space communicating with the first opening and a second receiving space communicating with the second opening. The liquid additive receptacle is for filling a liquid additive into the second receiving space. The joint seat is disposed between the inlet and the first opening and formed with a flow way communicating with the inlet. The selection switch is arranged on the joint seat between the flow way and the first opening.

The guide section is disposed inside the sprinkling head, including multiple passages and at least one channel. The passages communicate with two faces of the guide section. The water flow can be at the same time discharged from at least two of the first openings.
