  • Publication number: 20150334309
Abstract: The invention provides an electronic apparatus, an image capturing apparatus and an image capturing method thereof. The image capturing apparatus includes a main camera, a tele camera, a depth camera, and a processing unit. The main camera is used for capturing a main image, the tele camera is used for capturing a tele image, and the depth camera is used for capturing a depth image. The processing unit is coupled to the main, tele, and depth cameras. The processing unit is used for: combining the main image and the tele image to obtain a zoomed image; and generate a depth map corresponding to the zoomed image based on the main image, the tele image, and the depth image.

  • Patent number: 8013877
Abstract: A method for rapidly generating the gray-level versus brightness curve of a display includes the step of obtaining a portion of the gray-level values and their corresponding brightness values. These values are then used in a mathematical formula to find variables to obtain the gray-level versus brightness curve.

  • Patent number: 7742057
Abstract: A method of obtaining a new color temperature point as applied in a color display device. The color display device has a brightest temperature point when its red, green, and blue components are all in their brightest states. The method of obtaining a new color temperature point uses a mathematical method to find the new point which substantially satisfies the specific color temperature and also causes a minimum loss in brightness.

  • Publication number: 20080143753
Abstract: A method of rapidly generating a gray-level versus brightness curve of display causes a color display to display a test image that includes a plurality of block images. Each block image has different gray-level value. By using a light detector and a color analyzing device, corresponding brightness values of the gray-level values can be obtained. Therefore, a gray-level versus brightness curve can be generated according to the gray-level values and their corresponding brightness values.
