Abstract: A seating unit includes a seat assembly adapted to support a seated user thereon, a back assembly extending upwardly from the seat assembly and adapted to support a seated user, and a headrest assembly adapted to support a head of a seated user. The headrest assembly includes a frame assembly having a pair of vertically spaced frame portions and a pair of horizontally spaced frame portions, wherein the frame portions cooperate to form an open space therebetween, and wherein at least one of the frame portions includes a plurality of first alignment features, and a thermoplastic elastomeric cover member stretched between at least one of the pair of vertically spaced frame portions and the pair of horizontally spaced frame portions, wherein the cover member includes a plurality of second alignment features that cooperate with the first alignment features to align the cover member with the frame assembly.

Abstract: A seating unit having a seat assembly and an adjustment assembly coupled to the seat assembly is provided, where the adjustment assembly includes a single drive mechanism for translating the seat assembly from a first position to a second position and expanding the seat assembly from a first configuration to a second configuration.
