Abstract: A computer program product for managing intellectual property rights comprising a user interface and a database. The user interface may prompt a user for input of data relating to the intellectual property rights. The database may store data related to the intellectual property rights and may comprise a registration interface, a contracts interface, a social networking interface and a royalty management interface. The user may be prompted with an identification of a desire to exploit the intellectual property or an indication that the intellectual property has been exploited. The computer program product may use a processor that executes instructions to prompt the user for data, to store data, to provide access to the social network, to manage royalties, to indicate the desire to exploit the intellectual property and to indicate the intellectual property has been exploited.

Abstract: A method for uploading digital media and negotiating licenses, includes receiving, from a licensor, media and associated data and storing the received media and associated data in a database, generating a contract based on input from the licensor, for licensing the media to a licensee, storing the generated contract in the database of the system, and allowing the licensor and the licensee to negotiate the generated contract utilizing the system by using client applications to communicate with the system.
