Abstract: A mirror accessory is connectible by a police officer, e.g., to the lens end of a flashlight to enable viewing around corners, into rooms and other places without exposing the officer to hazard. The accessory includes a coupling ring engagable to the end of a flashlight and a mirror assembly connected to the ring by a hinge having plural detented stable positions. The mirror assembly also is movable about a swivel axis which is perpendicular to the hinge axis and is movable about the hinge axis. The mirror assembly has plural detented stable positions angularly about the swivel axis.
