Abstract: A tile spacing tool is disclosed herein that spans a gap between tile rows where the gap is sized to receive a decorative insert or the like. The spacing tool spans the gap and transfers the weight of the upper tile rows across the gap to the lower tile rows, which are supported by a floor or ledge. As a result, the entire wall can be built including the decorative insert without waiting for the bottom tile rows to dry to support the weight of the tile rows above the decorative insert.

Abstract: The present invention provides methods for the treatment or prophylaxis of one or more aldosterone-mediated pathogenic effects in a subject suffering from or susceptible to the pathogenic effect or effects wherein the subject has one or more conditions selected from the group consisting of a sub-normal endogenous aldosterone level, salt sensitivity and an elevated dietary sodium intake. The methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically-effective amount of one or more epoxy-steroidal compounds that are aldosterone antagonists.

Abstract: A method for treating patients having bladder dysfunction is described. The method involves the step of treating a patient with a renin-angiotensin system inhibitor. Preferably the inhibitor is an Angiotensin II antagonist, an ACE inhibitor, or a renin inhibitor. Compositions of a combination of an AT1 specific Angiotensin II antagonist and an Angiotensin II agonist are also described. The compositions are useful for treating bladder dysfunction.

Abstract: A Portable Automated Water Purifier and Method is disclosed. Also disclosed is a preferred purifier that accepts supply water from a common water spigot and purifies it via a reverse osmosis (or other preferred filtration) process. The purified water is dispensed into a vessel until such time as a non-intrusive level detector indicates that the vessel is fill. The preferred level detector is able to detect the amount of water in the vessel from outside of the vessel, and without the use of a weight scale. The device might detect when the vessel is removed from it's dispensing location, such that the purifier dispensing will be stopped. The preferred purifier includes guides to steady the vessel as it sits in the dispensing location. In another preferred embodiment, a means for filling a beverage preparing device, such as an automatic coffee maker, is included.

The method involves the step of treating a patient with a combination of an AT.sub.1 specific Angiotensin II antagonist and Angiotensin II agonist. Preferably the AT.sub.1 specific Angiotensin II antagonist is an AT.sub.1 specific Angiotensin II antagonist. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition including an equivalent molecular ratio of an AT.sub.1 specific Angiotensin II antagonist and Angiotensin II agonist.

Abstract: A motor coach designed generally for highway travel has a passenger compartment between sides of the coach and forwardly of the rear wall of the coach and defined above a raised floor of the coach. Underneath the floor is provided an engine compartment behind the rear wheels of the coach and luggage compartment forward of the rear wheels. A lavatory compartment is located at the junction between the rear wall and one side wall and immediately forwardly of the lavatory compartment is provided a floor area on which the rear seats at that side of the coach can be moved forwardly to a stored position to form an open area of the coach aligned with a wheel chair lift mounted in the engine compartment and arranged to lift a passenger from the ground onto the floor of the coach into the area forwardly of the lavatory compartment.
