Abstract: An output device has a first input portion that inputs data of a target state, a second input portion that inputs data of a current state, a sensing portion that senses a state of a shift portion that shifts from the current state to another state including the target state and generates sensing data, a transmission portion that transmits the sensing data, the data of the target state, and the data of the current state, to a predetermined external device, a reception portion that receives from the external device suitability determination result data acquired by determination of suitability of the shift portion configured to shift from the current state to the target state, based on the sensing data, the data of the target state, and the data of the current state, and an output portion that outputs the suitability determination result data that the reception portion has received.
