Abstract: Provided is a user development support system in which an information provider provides multiple pieces of information in steps in order for a user to achieve a desired purpose and target, and the system includes an analysis unit configured to propose to the information provider, information that that is to be newly provided based on a degree of utilization of a user with respect to each of the multiple pieces of information, and a proposal unit configured to provide information based on a proposal from the analysis unit. The proposal unit repeatedly provides the information having the same details until the result of a degree of utilization of the user reaches a predetermined degree of achievement defined in advance, by using several media with different types of tools configured to provide the information.
