Abstract: A sealing device (1) for use on the neck (3) of a container (2), comprising a substantially tubular body (4) defining a first axis (X-X) and rigidly connectable to the neck, a seal (14) having a substantially ring-shaped cross-section and pivotably connected to the body for movement between a closed position and an open position, a tamper-evident strip (20) having a substantially ring-shaped cross-section, movably supported by the body and connected to the seal in the closed position via at least one frangible bridge that is broken the first time the seal is moved from the closed to the open position. To ensure that the device is both easy to use and strong, the body comprises an engagement tab (8) extending away from the body along a second axis (Y-Y) substantially perpendicular to the first axis (X-X), and insertable into an aperture in the seal.

Abstract: This stopper (1) comprises a capping lid (20) which, in the back portion of a tubular base (10) for surrounding a container neck, forms part of the upper end (10A) of this base, forming a joint (30) with hinges (31) which defines a geometric axis (A-A) for pivoting the lid between the open and closed service positions. To limit the risk that a child, playing with the stopper, could remove the lid, while at the same time enabling the lid to be opened reliably and satisfactorily by the joint in relation to the base, the joint has two lines of least mechanical resistance (14), which extend from the upper end to the lower end (10B) of the base, being positioned, at the level of said upper end, on both sides of the joint, and which are designed to break before the joint can tear completely when the lid, in open position thereof, is rotated on itself around a geometric axis transverse to the pivoting axis (A-A).

Abstract: The invention relates to a plugging device (1) that comprises a base (10) secured around the neck (2) and a cap (20) supported by the base and capable of movement between a closed and an open position. In order to improve the tamper-proof characteristic of the device, the invention comprises using, on the one hand, a breakable thread (30) having at least one longitudinal end permanently connected to a first portion (211) of the cap or the base and extending, before breaking, lengthwise along the periphery of said portion and, on the other end, a lug (40) permanently connected to another portion, respectively, of the base or the cap, and protruding towards the outside from said second portion.

Abstract: The invention relates to a stopper device (1), comprising an external cap (10) made from plastic and an internal fixed fixing insert (20) for fixing the device around the neck of the container (2). The sleeve (12) of the cap successively comprises, along the (X-X) axis thereof, a head (13), into which the insert may be introduced and permanently fixed and a skirt (14) extending axially from the insert.

Abstract: This stopper device (3) for a container (B) comprises a sealing disk (2) suitable for being sealed, adhesively bonded, or blocked against the end edge (12) of the neck (1) of the container (B), while projecting radially outwards from the neck. The device also comprises a stopper (4) suitable for being mounted on the neck (1) and provided with an internal portion in relief enabling a thrust force to be exerted on the sealing disk (2) urging the disk (2) away from the neck (1). The internal portion in relief is formed by a tongue (412) formed integrally with the stopper (4) and folded towards the end wall (413) of the stopper, in a configuration that is generally frustoconical and that converges (?) towards said end wall (413).

Abstract: The skirt (12) of this device is provided with a peripheral zone of weakness (16) that is broken on first opening of the device and on either side of which the skirt includes a first portion (14) suitable for being separated from the neck after the zone of weakness has broken, and a second portion (15) provided with a tongue (17) projecting from the inside face of the skirt towards the first skirt portion and adapted, at its free end (17B), to come into abutment against an associated shoulder (8) on the neck (2) in order to retain the second skirt portion around the neck on first opening of the device. Abstract: A device for closing a container and a container equipped with such a device, wherein the device includes: a first portion forming a closure element; a second annular portion positioned around a neck; a third portion forming a tamper-evident tab linking the first portion to the second portion, and which is connected to the first and second portions by frangible means so that the tamper-evident tab must be removed upon first use so as to release the closure element; and storage means for allowing the insertion of the tamper-evident tab therein once the tamper-evident tab has been separated from the first and second portions.

A majority of the surface of the lid is made up of an external convex surface that is provided with a concave recess which is disposed more or less opposite an area in which the lid is articulated to the skirt. Said device comprises: a first portion designed to form a closure element (4); a second annular portion (5), designed to be maintained around the neck (2); and a third portion forming a tamper-evident tab (6) linking the first (4) to the second portion (5), which is connected to said first and second portions (4, 5) by frangible means (8, 9) and which is designed to be removed upon first use so as to release the closure element (4).
