The process requires the selection of specified free radical polymerization initiators and amounts thereof to produce a polymer polyol having desired properties including a Brookfield Viscosity of equal to or less than (a e[(0.051)(b)]) where “a” is the viscosity of the carrier polyol and “b” is the [(weight fraction of solids)(100)].
